We had another (foolishly) local Solar company install our system in September and it never ran correctly from the day of installation (it only generated half the kw that the other company guaranteed we would generate). We contacted Coffs Solar to look into the fault and the service from the Coffs Solar team in both diagnosing the issue, providing remote technical support and then promptly sending a technician out to solve the problem all within a few days. We now have a fully functional solar system thanks to Mark and the team at Coffs Solar. Thank you.

When you want the best in quality, professional installation and importantly SERVICE, there is only 1 company that is worth dealing with, COFFS SOLAR ENERGY. It has been a couple of months now and I can honestly say everything that Mark proposed that the new system would deliver, it has and more. Installation team were on time, precise, and very professional. Back up service and communication was outstanding and the performance has been better than expected. It is comforting knowing that our electricity bills are now a thing of the past.

For me the decision to go Solar was an easy one, but the solution was not. Over the nearly year long process Coffs Solar had all the answers and were always prompt, courteous and efficient. My experience as a Computer Engineer with experience in Battery Backup systems for large data centres gave me insight into the technical challenges to be faced. Coffs Solar was not the only company I talked with along the way, but when it came to the crunch with difficult questions, they made sure they had the technical aspects sorted.
