An utterly professional and high quality service! Samii and Leanne were excellent in sorting the logistics via phone and email and were very reassuring through a highly-anxious process for us of moving to Brisbane in covid times. Brock, Allan and Leanne were my lifesavers in my recent relocation from Bellingen to Sydney. Working with a complex and very large move (four bedroom triple garage house - part going into storage and part going to Sydney) their support was outstanding.
During a very emotional time, the three of them and their team were professional, supportive, calm and incredibly helpful - including helping me finish my prepack after I had already left to start work in Sydney and even offering more than one badly needed hug! I've lived in Coffs Harbour for over 15 years and not once have I seen a truck with a "seahorse" as stated in a review response below.
My neighbour recently used this company to move some furniture and a jumbo removals truck did in fact turn up to do the job!! How do you explain this if you say you are not affiliated and will not speak on behalf of another company when In fact the man driving the truck said you where family?
When I asked for a number to phone regarding interest in a move and storage I was given a home number that lead me to a message bank saying "removals, please leave your name
