ONE PRO PLUMBING was punctilious in their response to my telephone call and were very timely in their attendance at my apartment. The plumber was very courteous and polite. He was able to assess the plumbing problem quickly and accurately. Importantly, in relation to a second job, he assessed the problem as not requiring intervention and provided a solution.

I manage a residential building with 242 apartments and our Owners Corporation employs the services of One Pro Plumbing for all our maintenance work and also emergency works. Just recently we had a main water pipe burst which flooded 5 floors of our building. We contacted Waheed from One Pro as soon as it happened and he had a team out to our building within 30 minutes. He was also able to talk us through isolating the area to prevent further damage. Waheed’s prompt action and quick thinking helped our building receive minimal damage in what could’ve been a lot worse. Even the insurer was expecting

Used Onepro to make safe an existing gas stove installation. Although it sounds simple as it was part of a reno vation it was getting all the parts of the project to work that made it cplex. One pro was an exceptional tradie helpful, on time and was able to help resolve issues that had arisen during the install. Very happy to use and recommend as a reputable plumbing organisation .

Had a broken pipe inside our wall on my ensuite bathroom, water pouring everywhere on the carpet on the room behind and the toilet tiles, Called One Pro Plumbing, They came in about an hour, cut some of the plaster and replaced the damaged pipe. Really happy with the service and job done. Left everything clean. Will definitely use again without hesitation.
