We had numerous trees and bushes that needed trimming. The work was done by Arbor Pride on time, in an efficient manner and at a reasonable cost. The workmen were friendly, knowledgable and were very thorough on the clean up process afterwards. I have no problem recommending Arbor Pride to anyone needing tree work.

These people were fantastic from our very first contact, despite having to renegotiate things because of lockdowns. They kept us very well informed throughout and when they were able to come, did so exactly as promised and completed the work as promised. They were most efficient, as quiet as can be, and cleaned up beautifully. Arbor Pride even provided us with a lovely little note to fill out for our neighbours so they knew what was happening and when. The team clearly knew about trees and their care and also council rules and regulations.

From the get-go our experience with Arbor Pride has been excellent. As a young family surrounded by massive gum trees that like to drop the occasional branch, having an experienced and responsive company like Arbor Pride is massively important. Arbor Pride initially provided very helpful advice that several palms we have (Cocos palms) were regarded as weeds and could be removed. I'm a very committed greenie and removing trees goes against the grain, however their fruits drop over the fence and cause problems for neighbour's pool. They trimmed a camellia hedge, a photinia hedge and a Buckinghamia as well as removing cocos palms. All work was done safely and professionally. They cleaned up very well and were friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended.

Just fantastic service all round really. I do have one minor complaint, though. On booking a group of arborists (see: "tree" surgeons) I was very shocked to be met by such a handsome, tall and well scented (I'd describe it as akin to a Demigod) man in Tim Shumack, who continually insists on cutting everyone's grass.
