We had a major problem with sewage backing up our drains and all over the floor.
We call Luke frantic about the situation and he immediately come to our home, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and his prices were less than what other plumbers quoted me.

Luke gave me some really helpful advice regarding leak investigation of my old pool solar heating unit. He honestly gave me the advice that the unit would probably not be worth repairing and to use the money on a new heat pump. I will definitely use him for my future plumbing needs as he is a very honest tradesman.

A big shout out to Luke from wombat drains for helping me out early morning on Saturday with blocked drains in my toilet. Luke arrived on time and impressed me with his thorough investigation and resolution. He was transparent throughout the process and showed me pre and post images/ video of the work conducted. My 91 year old grandpa had a plumber quote him $29000 who made him sign contracts and take advantage of him. The grandkids stopped it and got Luke in who came the next day. Luke was done in 2.5 hours and charged him $430!!!!

I contacted Wombat Drains regarding a drainage issue I had around the place. What impressed me was Luke's willingness to spend time over the phone to understand the issue better and suggest corrective options. While Luke was spot-on with his analysis, his honesty is what impressed me further. He suggested that if I contacted the utility company they could do the job free of cost....and they did so ! It is very rare to see this type of honesty in a trade where call-out fees are charged just for someone to turn up.
