Would avoid, Joe was very poor at communicating through the entire build. The company were very dodgy and the build still has faults which he hasn't come back and fixed after 6 months. Left us broke with additional costs. Regretted using them, and am in proceedings with VCAT. Do not use them!

Joe and the team from Melbourne Pools were fantastic and we couldn't be happier with our pool. its perfect, exactly what we wanted- or better and the kids are in the pool everyday already!
Joe was easy to get hold of, very informative and personable and patient helping us understand all our options and making it a seamless and easy experience.
Joe has also been back a few times to check all is going well and easy to get hold of months later if we have any questions. I would highly recommend Melbourne Pools to anyone thinking about getting a pool

Our minds were at ease knowing we chose a company with honest communication, feedback, knowledge and experience. The Designing, constructing and all the organising in between was completed effortlessly and with minimal disruption. Works were conducted on time every time. I would recommend Melbourne Pools to anybody thinking of getting a pool. We love our New backyard and the kids love the new pool .
