We were so fortunate to find Empire Bathrooms to re do our bathroom and laundry. From the initial meeting with Michael and from there he made the decision to proceed with Empire Bathrooms very easy.
The whole process from the quote to Lydia helping us choose the fixtures and fittings which really did take the stress out of the process.The added benefit of having their own showroom and being able to see exactly the products you are buying.
The Empire team from the tradespeople to the administration were all friendly, helpful, very courteous and more importantly professional.

I've recently engaged Empire Bathrooms to complete bathroom/toilet and laundry remodeling. Michel and his team has done an outstanding job in helping us to finalize the design, make material/fixture choices and complete the work as per agreed schedule. Mike has provided invaluable advice for many small details we didn't think of and his team were professional, polite and maintained the area in great clean condition during the project. Enzo and his team renovated both our bathrooms. His professionalism, advice and work ethic of his team was outstanding.
Not experienced in renovations myself, I wasn't sure about what was possible, layout, fittings etc. Enzo walked into our bathrooms and gave excellent suggestions and helped us design really functional bathrooms that look fantastic.
Through the up and downs of lockdowns Enzo was always there to answer questions and send the team around as soon as they were allowed back in. As for his team, they were polite, punctual and very respectful of my family.

Empire Bathrooms renovated our main bathroom last year (2016) and we were so happy with their work we have just had them back to renovate our ensuite. Dealing with Michael and his team was a pleasure. Michael is prompt to answer any queries and nothing is too much trouble. The team he employs are professional, courteous and most importantly great at their trade. They actually finished our ensuite in 2 weeks which was fantastic. I would happily recommend Empire Bathrooms and would not hesitate to use them again.
