So happy with our beautiful new kitchen, pantry and laundry stone bench tops from AUSKstone. Showroom is fantastic, staff are all very helpful and informative, process from ordering to check measure and installation was smooth and turnaround time was what we had been told. Installation team were neat and professional and our home looks beautiful thanks to this final addition! Highly recommend.

Not sure how they have so many 5 stars review. Most probably fakes. The measurement was carefully done, I will admit. They never reply to emails, delays happened after measurement was conducted due to poor communication. When installation happened, there were problems with the cutting. They are not apologetic and not emailed or called. The installers were very good and were sorry though.

ALERT!!!!! This company has a very dodgy way of doing business!
They send a quote with an attractive price. Then they asked for 50% CASH HAND on the day the person comes to measure. Not even an email confirming they received the money. Then they changed the quote to justify an $1,000 increase! Because we didn't accept the change and want to have the original quote... they are not doing the work. It has been 2 weeks of me chasing them! They made up excuses because the original quote is not beneficial for them, so they don't want to do the job. Stay away from companies like this. Maybe they need
