My husband and I used Zoom Removals to relocate from Sydney to regional NSW two weeks ago. The booking process was clear and easy and the staff were able to clarify all questions. The removalists arrived pretty promptly and worked efficiently to get our items into the truck as safely as possible. The journey to our new home and storage unit was also efficient.
Unfortunately while unpacking our belongings into the storage unit the removalists did not listen when my husband asked for our furniture and boxes to be spread across the two storage units. Instead, they packed a three bedroom houses' worth

I have used Zoom removalist twice in the month of December. Marlee and other customer service representative are very professional, efficient and went above and beyond expectations. The first move from my old apartment to storage was challenging but carried out perfectly. Second move from storage to new home had minor problem due to the removalist truck driver's mistake but it was sorted professionally by Zoom office. Definitely recommended.

The morning I wrote this review, the company called me and asked me to take it down.
They then sent me a letter that stated they would ONLY reimburse me the dismal amount already agreed to if I signed a document that said anything "negative" I had written online would result in me being pursued legally.
I do not appreciate being coerced and bullied to remove my fair and honest review of my experience which I only wrote, after months of trying to resolve it directly with the company.

Our team led by Fadi was fast, careful and efficient. They worked tirelessly all day with a double pickup from Sydney and double drop off to rural NSW. They were patient with us as we made decisions and helped us through a stressful time. They were amazingly strong, moving large furniture slowly and carefully. No damage was incurred to property or furniture. Highly recommended.

Moey & the team were absolutely fantastic! We had an interstate move that was booked in last minute and from customer service, down to the punctuality and communication of Moey, I could not fault it! Took exceptional care with my belongings, everything arrived in tacked and all boxes were placed the right way up as labelled without needing to prompt them. Will definitely be using Zoom again in the future

This was hands-down the worst removalist experience I have ever had. Two angry men, with very poor English skills (difficult when you have to negotiate complex problems) who kept telling me I had too much stuff and the truck was too small. This company obviously outsources the labour, underpays their workers and doesn't provide them with adequate support. Hence you get angry people turning up to move your stuff. The check-box system on the website clearly doesn't work: I followed it, but still the truck that turned up was too small. Mid-way through the process, the removalist guys started pressuring

Booked the guys last week for a last minute 3x bedroom house move two days before Christmas. Moey was on time, very friendly and polite. A huge job, with two pick up and drop offs was done and dusted in just on 5 hours!!

Eicho, Dani, and Ash were amazing. Their work ethic, professionalism and shear effort was exceptional. Nothing was a problem for them. We would definitely use them again. The admin team was great as well from making the initial booking to calling us on the day to make sure we were happy with the service. A great value, exception removal service.

Very happy with the service provided by Denny and Ash. They were very careful and gentle in moving all our furniture, and they were able to pack and organise the truck with such skill to ensure everything was able to fit in the truck. No wasted space! Very impressive! They were also very friendly which made moving day fun and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had Ash and Dani moving our 5 bedroom home for us today. They were extremely professional and helpful nothing was a problem for them! They went above and beyond for us. I would recommend them both for a move. They wrapped all our belongings in a very professional manner and delivered everything in perfect condition. Parking was a bit tricky but they were happy and did not complain. Such great men. Thankyou
