Chesworth's Home Improvements is a family run building business started by Frank Chesworth in 1980. He has three sons that also work in the home building business. We have completed many home additions over the years to our customers satisfaction. Our jobs are always fixed price contracts and we believe that we carry out our work with integrity and honesty.
We design and build each project individually to suit the lifestyle of our customers. We can design and build your new Granny Flats Bedroom Rumpus/family room Bathroom/ensuite Home theatre Lounge room Kitchen/dining room We do brick veneer and double brick extensions. Clad frame extensions. Hardiplank, fibro, weather text, PVC wall cladding.
Do you take care of council approval and plans? Yes we take care of the whole process from drawing the plans, lodgement with local council and other authorities. We follow the application through council to the final. Do we need an architect or draughtsman? No we have our own draughtsman and design team, but if you have your own plans we will certainly use them.
Thanks to Chesworth Homes we were a bit lost in the maze of council approvals, and loosing communication between the architect and the town planners. As soon as we spoke to Chesworth, it became clear that we were on the home straight. They took care of all the council paperwork and planning decisions.

I will forever recommend Chesworths to friends and family for their realestate needs! Matt Stone specifically, went above and beyond to get my property sold including dealing with a difficult chain he was amazing. The rest of the team have been equally as amazing when I've needed to speak to someone and Matt wasn't around. 11/10 service! Hope to have the pleasure of buying through you also!

I first used Chesworths when I rented my first house in Horsham about 5 years ago and have recently used them again to rent out my property. The service from Elin, Matt, Davey and the team has been great - very supportive and knowledgable every step of the way. They even helped me sell the furniture in my property. As a first time landlord this has been invaluable for me. Highly recommend (especially after 10 years experience renting via dreadful letting agents across London and Brighton!)

Cannot recommend Matt Stone and the team more, fantastic job selling our 2 bed house in Horsham. Team were always on hand in the office and Matt was available on the phone to update us as to the stages.
