The Vertical Drapes produced by Betta Blinds and Awnings are manufactured to emulate soft draperies which can be drawn open and closed like curtains. We love working with Betta Blinds at Coffs Harbour Carpet Court! Naturally, errors happen from time to time in measuring & manufacturing but Betta Blinds customer service is second to none & their team ensure the problem is solved promptly & with excellent communication. We purchased all new blinds for our house through a local store stockist and was absolutely thrilled with the panel blinds for the glass doors and blockout blinds for the bedrooms. Unfortunately, the vertical blinds for the living room / dining room area are a huge disappointment. The wand mechanism interferes with the end vertical pane and stops the pane from closing fully and the wand 'sticks out' when the blinds are closed because once again it interferes with the last pane. I contacted the store we purchased these from and they advised a call out would be made for the manufacturer to come take
