We had solar panels installed in December 2019 and it was time to give them a clean. My husband was trying to work out how he could do it. Fast, friendly, and efficient service. They were running 20 minutes later than their promised time window but sent a text to let me know. They also noticed a fault on the inverter and took the time to identify what the error message meant so I could line up a repairer to come and have a look. All in all, a good customer experience.
