You will have 24hour, 7 days a week access once you complete your move-in contract that will need to be done in office hours. The office is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 3pm Saturday. With state of the art security swipe access cards only you will have access to your storage bay. All units are locked individually and only you will have the keys (we don't even hold copies on site).

Staff is very helpful and always keep you up to date with any problems that arise.

I have had my storage unit @ Wyong for 4+ years & the service has been second to none. I have held storage units from Canberra to Sydney to the Central Coast over the past 10 years & I can honestly say that the facilities, 24-7 access & service Sue & the team provide is first class without the expense some of the other big name brands charge. I have been extremely happy with That Big Self Storage @ Wyong & have only left as I FINALLY built some storage at home! Thanks again to Sue & Team x

I had an upstairs storage unit for about 1.5 years, it was accessed by stairs and a lift. Trolleys were always available which, along with the lift, made storing items a breeze. The security systems in place made me feel confident all our gear would be safe, and it was.
The management (Sue) and staff were always on hand to offer advice as and when needed. Everyone was very friendly, considerate and helpful.
I would recommend that anyone who may be looking for storage options to seriously consider That Big Self Storage Place. Reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and very secure.

I'd just like to say ,I have had lots of my gear in storage for many years,and there rates are very reasonable. There service is perfect and everything I had in storage was never damaged in any way what so ever,and they are very secure units.
The staff is more than friendly and very helpful in every way
