Datatel installed the NBN service to our new retirement village apartment development prior to commencement of the build and provided additional comms and electrical services. Due to their quality service, they were then engaged to upgrade the power to the site, which was well planned and executed.

Poor customer service the woman on the phone could not give me an indication when the optic fibre would be installed on my street when they currently installing the cables in the same suburb. She also made no effort to find our for me just said "I don't know" and was in a hurry to get off the phone.
