Karly and Nathan have always looked after us after they took over from the previous owners. Always helpful with advice and will never sell us products that we don’t need. There are heaps of pool shops between us (Upper Coomera) and them but we always go see them because of their level of service. Keep up the good work guys 🤙🏼🤙🏼

I've previously left a 5 star review, but have since come to modify my rating and review since the amazing pool technician they had left the company on short notice.
Since that date, we had several bad experiences, from their technician being on site for less than 5 minutes total (and from watching through the window, didn't seem to do anything other than take photos to show he had been) to missing the fact the pool pump was leaking badly, to claiming we had black spot algae (we didn't, it was staining from nearby trees) to upsell multiple products we didn't need.
Sadly, I can no longer recommend
