I get my house inspected every year for termites as my parents had a bad termite problem years ago. This year I decided to research different companies prior to booking. Ultra Pest Management stood out as they offered in dog during the inspection to sniff termites on the property. The inspection was by far the most thorough I have had. The inspector was very informative and his dog was interesting to watch also. The dog located old termite damage in our storage room that no one had previously picked up on. Highly recommend.

His price was not $400 for a single story 3 bed room house that ours is. And would not hesitate to recommend his services to any of my Avoca neighbours.

He charged over $400 dollars for a general pest treatment on a single story 3x bedroom house with no activity at time of treatment. I have a receipt/invoice to prove it, and can post it if required.
I have been in the pest industry 11 years now and worked for award winning companies and thought this price was over the top. Just my opinion only. Sorry mate.

We have used James for the last few years and have always been very happy with the service. He is very thorough and always stays for a few hours. The treatments have always been successful.
