Arch design created confidence ,solutions,ideas, adaptability to changes, that ultimately provided a unstressful solution to our new fresco renovation. Joe was present,professional, upfront with our requests and his plans provided stress free progression of what we believe is a beautiful completed fresco .A fitting completion to what we call home . I would highly recommend Arch Design for any building project you have in mind. Arch Design completed all my architectural plans and made sure I obtained my building permit. Given the architect's detailed knowledge of local building regulations, I was able to get everything I dreamed of, which none of the bulk building companies could guarantee for me. The architect made several visits to the site to ensure all aspects were considered. He also ensured the proportions for all the rooms were generous to allow for furniture, and made any changes I requested. The house is now well underway, and looking
