Homeplus Improvements is a family-run business - we understand your needs as your family gets bigger. We also appreciate that extending and renovating your home can be an exciting time but also daunting if you have never built before, that is why we spend as much time as is needed to get the design and cost right before construction starts - we simplify the experience.

Living in Adelaide we all enjoy entertaining outdoors but at times the hot sun on your pergolas iron roof can deter you from sitting outside. Homeplus Improvements one of Adelaide's leading home improvement builders have a roof system that enables you to spend more time outdoors. Stephen Davies, General Manager, says the SHADEMASTER Insulated Roof System is actually a roof and ceiling in one.
Winterlite screens, owned and manufactured by Homeplus Improvements, are an attractive, affordable, and low-maintenance screening solution that adds value to your home. The aluminium panels are manufactured at our Hindmarsh facilities and then they are powder coated by our local Powder Coaters, Seaforth Powder Coaters.

So incredibly unhappy with Homes Plus. My mum moved into a granny flat built by Homes Plus in 2010. She is very unwell with cancer, and needed to be closer to us so that we could support her and by means of the granny flat she could still have independence.
From the beginning we had problems with poor workmanship.
Firstly, the interior door frame was not square, and the door swings open by itself. A doorstop is in place all the time to prevent the door from moving.
Next problem after they had finished building, there was water leaking in the window frame.
The next problem was really bad condensation in the flat, constant mould on the windows and window frames. We called Homes plus back again. They installed a whirly bird on the roof to rectify the problem. The whirly bird didn't make a difference. So, my mum has been living in a damp flat, with mould growing on the windows and frames, for 13 years.
Last September 2022 the living area ceiling and bedroom ceiling began to leak. I rang Homes plus and spoke to the receptionist, she just kept saying, have we cleaned the gutters. The gutters were clean I kept telling her. When I asked to speak to someone else she would not let me.
We had to get the roof reinforced by a private builder and replace the ceiling with our insurance.
Now three weeks ago, I noticed that the living area and the bedroom ceiling is once again leaking. The bedroom ceiling is covered in mould and looks like it may give way.
We called our insurance once again and emergency services came out and reinforced the ceiling. We have had roof inspectors out and they have not been able to locate the problem.
What I want to know is it normal to have so many problems with a 13-year-old building? We have had problems with faulty workmanship because of Homes Plus from the very beginning.
This was supposed to be a place of refuge for my mum, so that she could just concentrate on improving her quality of life. Instead, she has had to move out of her flat and is incredibly stressed which is not improving her health condition, which is cancer.

Just wanted to let you know how grateful my family and I are for everything you and the team at Homeplus Improvements have done for us at our home in Prospect.
Right from the start, your suggestions were spot on in terms of how we should renovate and reconfigure the house. What walls should go, where the kitchen should be, what we should do about the windows, floors etc.
The house had many different construction stages which you made feel very seamless and easy for us to digest and cope with.
The work that you and your team of trades have done has been first class, they all have been very efficient
