When ordering your product, try to order enough for your project together to reduce the possibility of colour variation, as we do not guarantee different batches will be the same colour. Bad experience. I was advised that delivery will be done. It was not done for three days. When I called the lady advised me she cant do anything till following Friday. She also said they do not retain customer names. What the hell.....based on this experience I would say its very poor customer service.

2 tonne of soil ordered, dropped on driveway with no phone call to advise of delivery.
The request was for a good quality top soil, what arrived was full of blue gravel.
When I called to query why the soil was dropped on the driveway, the receptionist and manager I spoke to could care less.
It had to be moved by someone recovering from major cancer surgery.
Lousy.

I’m a landscaper and ordered on a Tuesday of delivery of rocks for a client on Friday. They made me pay early to not receive any rocks for the job. Called up customer service and they made me feel bad for the company not deliver on time. Worst customer service. My job is now delayed because of their incompetence.

Verry Worse customer service. They don’t follow the order sequence, each an every order need to wait more than 15 min.and if we order 1 tonne you don’t get proper calibration.
Last time I’ve got river pebbles this’s what I get from them. I don’t know what products it’s that it’s 50/50 sand and river pebbles.

Disgusting customer service. Placed an order, had to order more then required so I can get it delivered. Not an issue. However, Paid more in delivery costs and can't even get it delivered when promised. No communication, rude on the phone and they just brush you off. Will not recommend to anyone, if your not a big enough job then you do not rate. If I could give no stars then I would.

I went in there yesterday afternoon to get some help in purchasing pavers for around our pool (65m2) and the lady was so rude and unhelpful I walked out. I asked her what they had in terms of suitable products she said "what ever is out side" I said nothing has prices, she said "pick what you like and come back"in a rude way like I was being an inconvenience. I said I wont bother. I wont be returning. This is my first google review and I hope the owner of this company gets this review and acts on it.

I will highly recommend going to Elizabeth at the desk - straight for all your solutions. She is one of the sweetest, kindest and most helpful employee I've come across, who would go out of her to way to help.
