Very impressed with the service from Jeanie and Mirek (in the warehouse). They were patient and accommodating when we were making our decision to purchase through them
The only reason they did not get a 5 star review was due to the fact that when I went in to pay, I found 4-5 staff members working in what looked like offices on a side room, who could see I needed help, however did the old look up, and look away. I had to physically stand over them and ask for help.

My partner and I recently purchased dining chairs from Inner Space. Despite the quality chairs, we were left disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. The company attempted to delivery our furniture without confirmation, then asked to leave it on the front porch when we weren’t home, which was impossible considering we live in an… apartment on the 20th floor. We were then refused a refund of the delivery costs. In addition, when we collected the furniture ourselves, we received no assistance whatsoever.
