Pools can seemingly turn green overnight, but believe it or not, algae has been present in the pool for a while. Algae starts life off as a transparent growth. It is invisible to the naked eye but you can usually tell by feeling a slippery and slimey surface. When the water becomes green, algae has a very strong foothold on surviving in your pool.
Focus Protec Chlorine Stabiliser is used for preventing the loss of chlorine to UV rays from sunlight. The use of Cal Plus prevents the etching of concrete surfaces, wrinkling of liners, breakdown of fibreglass and prevents equipment corrosion. Shock and Clear is used to remove swimmer wastes and destroy any organic contaminents in the water.
Fantastic to deal with, always polite and very informative if anything additional needs to be done. Big thanks to John for sorting out my mongrel of a swimming pool. it all works properly now. It has never looked this good. Thanks to John for his wonderful service, as a family that is in isolation, this is a wonderful service and would highly recommend the team at Aqualife.

10 months of services with a new technician after over 3 years of dealing with Ash who was fantastic. No salt added. Chlorine getting higher and higher. things being mentioned on the service that weren’t done. Useless chemicals being used.
Finally I realised it was getting worse not better. No one has been able to swim in the pool.
Got a new company to check it out.
Our chlorine level was 25!!! What????
Our salt levels well under the minimal recommendation. Our alkalinity out of whack. PH up. And that’s just for starters.
How does a pool get that bad with monthly services?
