If you use Zero Critters, you literally will have zero critters! I have had Paul clean my carpets and now have an annual pest control service. Paul from Zero Critters has sprayed our rental house for fleas. He was very thorough with the spraying of the carpets and also sprayed the skirting boards and edges of the tiles. We are waiting for a back patio to be erected in our new house (should have been done before Christmas) and will get Paul to give the place a full spray including ants. We have found Paul to be very competitive with price and a pleasure to work with. He will contact you before the spray and arrive on time.
