Having viewed sandstone pavers at the display yard that would look fantastic around our new pool. We ordered them and had them delivered.
The day came to have them laid and we noticed that the paver was different to our sample majorly. totally different thickness and the colors were shades of white and green. I assumed it was a mix up in the delivery.
After calling Sandstone works, i was bluntly told that it was color variation and I owned them. He would not listen that the paver was even 5 mil thicker or that it was a totally different paver to our sample. Very rude man. There was no acceptance
