I don't believe in giving the highest rating normally however when I will if I find an exception service & that is Port Patios There was an enthusiast placed on what I wanted & explaining what was being provided to ensure this. I came back with questions a few times & was always met with a willingness to get it correct. The builders were very precise with their work & proud of the workmanship. I've heard horror stories about slanting pillars on patios but everything was doneto ensure 100% straight posts, precise measurements & a perfectly straight roof & boards on the deck

The patio is not well thought out. The roof is done with a single layer of steel which results in condensation, this is made worse by the condensation not being directed into the gutters instead it falls on to the patio.
The patio has also directed the rain water into the existing gutter which is problematic as the gutter is now overloaded.
The patio has not sunk, and the wood seems ok.

Absolutely delighted with our blind installed on our deck. We use it everyday and it was been a lifesaver shielding not only the deck but the family room from the recent heat.
