I couldn't be happier with my Mainstream Mineral Pool. I moved into a new house in January and found out the neighbours were building, so had a tight time schedule. David delivered on time, on budget and the finished product looks beautiful.
David guided me through every step of the process answering all of my questions and even provided me with recommendations on the design.
My daughters unfortunately had to look at it for 6 months (being that it was built in winter) but now swim in it every weekend. So happy. :-)

David is readily available, calm, experienced and made the whole journey a fantastic one!
The team were all respectful, hard working and had our best interest in mind with all actions and decisions.
I could not recommend David and the Mainstream Pools team more highly and feel lucky that we chose them to support us though this large investment of ours.

You were absolutely fantastic to deal with from the start using your wealth of knowledge to help us design the perfect pool for our back yard right through to the handover and showing us how to maintain the pool moving forward. Your crew of team members are all great to work with and nothing was too much for them to help us with any questions we had along the way.

I totally disagree with Nicky and her comments. I have now built two pools with David and Mainstream pools and referred him to three very close friends!
Experience great team that go out of the way to explain what might suit for your needs and garden! A team that are professionals that turn up on time clean up after themselves and genuinely help!
No hidden costs and surprises at the end! You always know where you stand with David and he will be the first to help you out if needed!
Highly recommended and will only use this pool builder!

The whole process was stress free as David and his team are both professional and friendly, always answering any questions readily. David Crossen and his team did an excellent job building our pool. David was very honest and upfront in everything he did. He always went the extra mile for every question that we had. All the tradesmen were simply fabulous and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Moreover, the price was very affordable and offered so much value in return. We just completed our pool construction with David and team, it was nothing short of the perfect construction experience. Working in the construction industry we expect delays, unforeseen problems, some robust conversations and with a complicated site like ours some blow outs on schedules and costs but that is far from what we experienced. What we got was on time on budget, zero fuss and exceptional customer service from David and his trades and an amazing pool & surrounds.
It is without doubt our next pool will be a Mainstream pool again. Thank you David

The build was quick and many of the contractors polite and professional but I did feel I was about 18th in a priority list of 20 jobs. Not important at all- just another job.
After I initially signed up with David I never saw him again. Everything was just left up to the sub contractors to sort out. Hence I didn’t get the quality I’d expect in a… few areas.
Worst of all was the plumping / water outlet pipes. The fencing guys thought the job was woeful and that everyone would laugh at how bad the finished job was by the plumbers. They left a 5 metre pipe coming out of the pump

We did our research and approached every pool builder in south east Queensland. This is how we first met David, and we are so lucky and happy to have come across Mainstream pools.
