Josh Stein and his team have recently attended to a sewer emergency at our strata complex.
They came and worked Saturday Sunday and Monday to rectify a collapsed sewer problem.

Our hot water system died and after a quick message to SPS within 20 mins they were at our home to see what the issue was, 10 mins after that we had a quote (which was extremely reasonable) and a few hours later (only due to waiting on the system to be delivered) a brand new hot water system installed and hot water. They even took away the old system!!
The SPS Team are professional, fast, reliable and do a brilliant job. Highly recommend SPS.

We recently requested SPS to disconnect our septic and reconnect to the sewer. Want a plumber who answers the phone and turns up on time? These are your guys! Josh had someone here in under 30 minutes and the boys did a great at job keeping me informed every step of the way. The pipes were impacted with tree roots and, although I found this fascinating, I am glad the pipes are now clear. They even removed a heavy old water heater left behind by a previous lazy plumber. I could not be happier with the service and will definitely use Steins again. I have found my forever plumber.
