Very disappointed with the quality and service recently. My husband called to seek recommendations/advice for soil to put under our fresh turf. We were then delivered the lowest quality soil. Upon shovelling, we noticed shards of glass, cement and tiles riddled throughout the soil.
When we called to inform them of the terrible quality the person on the phone blamed it on us as we got ‘the budget soil’. They then also said they they looked through their soil at their site and said they only found two little shards… so we were basically told we were lying.
To make things even more disappointing

Soil was filled with broken glass . When I let them know they didn't want to help and just said to sell it to someone else and don't tell them about the glass.
They refuse to help get rid of the dirt and are fine with leaving glass out the front of our house.
I try to meet them half way but they don't care about the customer at all.

Excellent service and great value. The 2 ladies in the office couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I'm a novice gardener and they explained things in a simple, unpatronising way. They have a huge range of bricks, stones, pavers etc and massive concrete bins with different soils, sand, mulch etc. You pay for the number of bags of soil you want, then drive to that section and fill the bags yourself with the help of a shovel and funnel the ladies provided. It couldn't have been easier. I'll definitely be back!
