To provide a fixed price Tender for the construction of the home we'll need working drawings that provide Section diagrams, specification schedules and construction detail.

When we became aware of the Passive House (Passivhaus) standard of construction, we knew straight away that we wanted to be part of the change it would bring.
In addition to regular personal communication while your home is being built, Ovens & King Builders employ the latest in software systems to allow you to share in the exciting process of making your home a reality. All clients can access our internal project management system themselves via the web, and see the progress of their project 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
