Had our alarm system (hills) installed.lockie had set up our commnav unit and programmed it to work on our phone, not long after he left we noticed our wifi had been disconnected and went to connect it back into modem and noticed not long after we were unable to log into the alarm app on phone so called him to see if he could come fix the problem… as it happened afew hrs later. he said there was a callout fee to come "reprogram" it again and could only be done on his device and had to come out. asked him for our programming code because read up it was something we could do manually ourselve
