This business was recommended by family and I would never recommend them to anyone. The owner was exceptionally rude to my wife when she made a simple follow up inquiry for an ETA (which was never provided) on our door lock. He displayed a clear lack of communication skills and blamed us, as the customer, for his poor management and lack of staff.… We were understanding when they had an urgent job but when you talk to customers with a total lack of respect for just trying to obtain an ETA, they don’t deserve to be in customer service. Partner locked us out tonight. Tried to call around and no one would answer phones or charged an arm and a leg. Got a hold of Matt, was out in 10 minutes, one minute later we were in.
