Not only did they build an outstanding pool and spa, but I was having an issue coming up to a holiday weekend, all service technicians were off. Surprisingly one of the companies executives came to my home unannounced and fixed the problem completely!!! That kind of dedication is unheard of today!!! Jackson and Dreo were the two customer service reps that I dealt with, both went out of their way to get me information. Jackson gave me timely emails regarding my order status. It was a pleasant experience. Selection of pool tiles is very good too.

The Pool took a long time to be completed due to Covid illnesses with suppliers and their own staff. Aaron and Jeff were fantastic and pushed the completion along as best they could. The pool is beautiful, the cage subcontrator was great. Travertine tile was laid down beautifully. The attention in the final phases and after the completion was really great.

My pool project manager, Richard was attentive, always showed up at each stage of construction to check on progress and made sure I knew what to expect during each step of my pool construction. During Pool school, Aaron also provided so much helpful knowledge about every single piece of pool equipment.

Aquatech is a local retailer for Ledge Lounger products. We purchased 2 pool barstools and a high back lounger chair for our sun shelf. Dreao was great to work with - friendly, attentive and responsive. The 4 star rating is only because we encountered some employees still learning the business. DO NOT USE this company if you want someone to turn up! The most unreliable company I have ever dealt with! They will cancel you last minute or just not show up at all. I do not recommend and am bitterly disappointed with the big promises and zero delivery! I hope this helps anyone considering using this company. They must have too much work to value new customers!
