Fast Cabinets

Never again. The quality of the finish to our kitchen is horrible, sanding marks, rippled paintwork etc. We have provided this company ample opportuntiy to rectify the faults, they are not willing to fix everything even though they admit fault. Currently going through legal path and will update afterwards to show why you should not deal with them. Reward good business to keep them in profit, not poor ones that provide very bad products and services.

Don’t waste your time!! Spent weeks trying to get an accurate quote even though I had very simple and specific specs. Continually had to follow them up just to get a response. First quote missed out on some points. The next quote was due to come at the start of the week. Towards the end of the week after not hearing nothing further I decided to take my business elsewhere.
The staff were apologetic and asked to give them 24 hours to update the quote. The next quote came back triple the original AND they could not commence until next month. So much for a 10 day turn around.

Im getting my kitchen done in June of this year 2021. Just a flat pack I can do myself and was going to go through fast cabinets. I did go there with my design and had to explain it a few times and just before we were to place our order we went intoa 3 month lockdown. With All these negative reviews, now I'm not sure if fast cabinets is the right company to go through.
What companies would you all recommend?

I just wanted two european laundry doors installed .NO cabinets nothing else . I was quoted a rediculous price for the two 400mm doors in 2 pak even tho I just wanted them in MDF tp prime and paint .My emails they replied to it is like they do not read English they said 2 doors in 2 pack no mirrors and answered actually none of the questions I had put to them .
Who TF mentioned anything about mirrors ??
They are on another planet these people I'm going elsewhere

I found these guys online and definitely the cheapest I found. Quality of workmanship was beautiful and the guys came back to fix a few minor issues without requiring too much effort. My homeowners love their new kitchen and it turned out absolutely stunning. Luckily I knew what I wanted - get your own design

Dealing with this company has to be one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. At every stage of planning and production Fast Cabinets managed to make it difficult with their incompetence.
First the planning stage with customer service; who are incredibly slow replying to emails. Once plans were finally finalised they delivered the wrong set of products. When the right products were delivered, some doors were damaged, cabinets were built to the wrong specifications and the required amount of kickboards weren’t delivered.
On replacement of these products

Very poor customer service. They state on their website that they offer a design service, they don't. They wanted me to design my own kitchen, given them the drawing with the measurements, tell them what material, how many handles etc etc etc. THEN they give me a price over the phone or email. I then have to pay at least 50%.... THEN they will come and look at the site and meet you and you are able to view the product and quality. So basically, give them a few thousand dollars and then they may have a conversation with you. NO THANKS. Bad customer service. And bad representation via their website

My daddy ask me to write a review for our new kitchen. He want to thank the lady in the office for updating the design from original one. the whole kitchen finished with new look, and definitely add value for the whole house. He appreciates fast cabinets can do the job in 2 weeks when there are much bigger job on their list. Our whole family enjoy the meal time in the new kitchen .

I'm absolutely loving my new kitchen and vanities. Fast turnaround and great quality. The sales are very professional and patient. They listed down couples of possible designs l and point out some cons and pros of that particular design. The installation teams always be on time and clean up dust when they finished.
Strongly recommend to anyone who would like to have their kitchen/vanities done.
