Service person called said was unable to test compressor as powerboard was not giving error message. Repair costs unknown as could could be anyone of boards 5 in total and if compressor was faulty could blow boards again. I was no better off than before he attended and $110.00 later for nothing. Felt like they were only interested in selling new heat pump. The ma ager was arrogant and talked down to me. Office staff and serviceman were polite and friendly.

Marcus Brown from Energy Point provided us with a quote the same day we spoke with him. He visited our home, took pictures of the inside location and the outside as reference for himself and the tradesmen if we accepted the quote. The quote was a reasonable price. We accepted
