Another fabulous gutter clean and roof blow by Linus from Oz Services Group. Our roof is 9m above ground so pretty intimidating but it was sorted with ease and a professional attitude. Also awesome that we got before and after photos, amazing what gets up there and proves you need a reliable company to get the job done and protect your home investment. Cannot recommend them all highly enough. Looking forward to seeing them again next year! 😍👏

I requested gutter cleaning around the entire house and cleaning parts of the tiled roof which was covered in heaps of lichen etc. Quite a job!
It is not overdone to say that I was very happy with the outcome and extremely impressed with the young man Lee who did the work.
He was careful not to damage any of the garden, and took care to lift the gutter-mesh in order to make sure to properly clear the gutters, and re-attach it.
Climbing onto the roof to clean the tiles row by row he carefully cleared the lichen, so that the tiles now look as if new. It was a long, detailed job. Having finished

The Oz Services representative, John went above & beyond today. He cleaned all the balcony windows, the pet flap (by removing, cleaning & replacing) and gurney-cleaned the outside tiles. Incredibly unprofessional. Walked off the job without giving a reason or explanation. I was not allowed to ask any questions & they would not speak to me. When I phoned to enquire why this was happening, I was not provided any explanation and hung up on. So if you are a woman needing a job done, find a company that will be happy to honour the job quoted and will not humiliate you in your own home. What a disappointing experience.
