I had the pleasure of getting Will Keane to strip the floors of paving paint and polish the concrete. The Job that Will did was beautiful and he did it quickly and worked the job in so there was minimal down time with regards to having to close the business while the job was completed. I highly recommend Keane Concrete Polishing for any work of this kind. The floor is incredible and added a lot of value to the property.

I am the tenant at Angela’s property, and we have had the same unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness from Will Keane. Our floor was accidentally damaged by my mother-in-law. The damage is not upsetting and frustrating, it was just an unfortunate mistake. What is actually upsetting and frustrating is the complete and utter lack of communication or interpersonal skills we have received. Our floor was damaged in November 2020, my mother-in-law contacted Mr. Keane and (rightfully so) he stated he was extremely busy due to it almost being the Christmas Holiday period, but advised her he would call

Unprofessional & unreliable. We've obviously received totally different service to the positive reviews and are having trouble believing they're about the same person/business. We've been trying for over 2 months to simply have Will get back to us with a date he can attend to look at a repair job at our place where he did the flooring. Each time he does begrudgingly answer a phone call, he advises he's 'flat out' so hasn't had the chance and will get back to us, then vanishes again and the cycle starts over.

We cannot recommend Will and his team enough. It was a huge decision for us to choose a polished concrete floor for our renovation and extension. It has proved to be the best decision we have made during the whole build. Will works his magic and creates floors that are extraordinary! He is passionate about his work and it certainly shows. We believe that it was Will's work that has added the luxe factor to our new home. It was wonderful to work with Will as he is extremely knowledgeable and our finished product could not be more perfect!
