We were very impressed with the initial install of a full ducted air con early last year. Then with the recent January storms when the power surges blew out the controller board there was no hesitancy to have it repaired. Tech was even still on holidays, but was cheerful about helping. The initial email response on Sunday morning of the new year break was a surprise too.

We used Waldrons on our new build to install an Actron ESP Platinum Que system. Service was second to none, the way the boys were working on freshly poured concrete to minimise marking to install the system was amazing. We had issues with our zone controllers not functioning due to a bad batch. The issue wasnt Waldrons to rectify yet had the parts expressed out by Actron to them and installed in their own time. Cannot recommend this company enough for their workmanship and customer service!!

Waldron installed Hydronic heating in our house, they spent as much time with us as we needed when we were designing the system to maximise how efficient it was as we are off grid and run from LPG tanks. Even though their price was the best by a good ten percent, we chose them because of their knowledge and confidence that they could build what we needed. The team who came to do the install were friendly, respectful and I have never had such clean tradespeople, they cleaned as they went and left the house cleaner than it was when they came! The system has been in for a few weeks now and it is brilliant

The job was a lot more involved than I anticipated (almost 2 full days for a 4 man crew) but the crew was professional and efficient and friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks guys - top notch.

I had 15-year old water gas heater leaking. Asked for its assessment and options. Tony responded very fast with the details and answered my questions. Water heater had to be replaced and it was replaced within a few days since the first contact while the other local suppliers either haven't even responded yet or were in talks or giving longer lead time. Installed exactly in time, no hassles, good quality.

I'm so impressed!! From quoting and assessment of our central heating needs from Steve - to the installation!! Quoted and installed within the week and competitively priced. This was a difficult installation due to our old house 1890's. A gang of 6+ lads arrived and worked tirelessly, cleaning up everything as they left. A special mention to the polite and friendly plumbers, Mick and Matt, who took the time to explain things to me and ingeniously problem solved hurdles as they arose. Thanks

I used Waldron Heating Services Ballarat to install a new central heating system as my existing gas central heating system was past repair and over 14 years old. There qualified gas central heating engineer also based in Ballarat, came out assessed and tested the system and, explained what what wrong and advised on a new central heating system as what could be fixed now, due to age something else could very well go wrong. We agreed a price I picked the system from there heating showroom in Ballarat that had some items in a heating and Cooling showroom sale. It was fitted quickly efficiently and
