Very friendly service, over the phone and in person. Last time they replaced the battery unit. After charging it up the shutters still didn't move so they came out today again, replaced the motor and took the battery back (full refund). That's the way business should be conducted: friendly, competitive prices and service with a smile. Highly recommended, thanks guys!

From start to finish with installation of our rollershutters they made it so easy. The price was very competitive and the 2 guys who did the install were punctual, polite and done such a great job. My wife and i are so happy with the end result. I would definately recommend these guys for new, second hand and repairs. Good honest small company who put customer service first. They were cheaper than all other quotes yet the end result was exactly what i expected. We will now consider using them again to do our rental property as well as recommending them to our family and friends. Thank you again

We have returned to Shutters Plus for the second time. They are a highly efficient, friendly and competitive business and nothing is too much trouble. We are very pleased with the final results of all our installations and would highly recommend the business to anyone. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves and we are rapt. Shane has even designed a cover for our fruit trees as a permanent structure, with pull down shade cloth, which we can use on the really hot days to save putting covers on and off. We had three quotes each time and Shutters Plus offered by far the best price and
