Moving staff were fantastic, friendly, and professional. A hard days worth of effort. Would use them again.
Would like the experience before the move to be a little bit tidier. There was a site inspection and the person was fine, but the communication and organisation before that person was assigned wasn't great. Had to repeat myself several times over the phone to make sure that we had passed on the correct information.

The team had several problems to contend with, the weather was pretty awful, they couldn't get down the drive of my old house as the phone line for the road crossing my driveway was drooping too low for the van to go under it and they were very patient as I was not very well organised. There were roadworks across the road in front of my new home, so they had to offload a bit further away from the property than was ideal. They remained friendly, helpful and efficient, throughout. Woody and Arthur were lovely to chat to and moved everything with great caution.
They assisted us with taking apart our furniture when needed and put it back together in our new office.
Overall, they made what would've been a stressful move into a lovely experience. 10/10 would recommend Minimovers.
