Michael recently replaced our Kitchen Mixer after the previous one had become wobbly. He explained that the bracket holding it in place had bent, this caused it to be quite tricky to remove. In the end, Michael's ability to problem solve was great, he got the old one out, installed the lovely new tap and ensured my under bench water filter was all hooked up correctly.
Michael then offered a free safety check as he noticed my sink draining poorly - this resulted in him discovering a solidified lump of grease blocking my drain.
Could not have been happier with the service and professionalism.

Swan's were great, they provided efficient, friendly service within 24 hours of calling them. They sent Eric out to fix some faulty pipework. Eric could be described as the BFG (Big friendly giant). He was considerate of the environment he had to work within which wasn't easy and had the job done in no time.

Michael from Swans Professional Plumbing knows what he is doing. He has all the right equipment and does the job thoroughly. I have used other plumbers and their work is shoddy compared to this.
He's also a really nice guy.

Booking process is friendly and easy, live tracking arrival updates are genius, and work always done to a high standard. Eric and Michael have done numerous jobs at my property and are always polite and efficient. And the little touches, like wearing slip-on shoe covers while in the house to prevent tracking dirt inside, make Swan's Plumbing = the best plumbing.

Just wanted to give you a big thanks for the work you did clearing the blockage from our drains. We've had ongoing issues for months and had two plumbers from different busineses come out to fix the problem with unsatisfactory results. Thankfully we found you guys and I'm very happy to report that it's been a couple of months now and we've had no further issues whatsoever. I have used Swan's Plumbing a number of times previously, so knew how good they were, but yesterday I had a catastrophe, I dropped one of my late mother's earrings down the kitchen sink and I was devastated. I… rang Swan's and they sent Neville out within less than a hour of calling them. He retrieved the earring which meant so much to me. I would have recommended Swan's prior to yesterday, but now they have my business forever and I would highly recommend them to anyone he needs a great plumbing service. They are truly are unique
