We were very happy for the service provided. We had lot of cockroaches in the house. Gill was so responsive and friendly person. And more importantly the service was immediate as mentioned in the website. I tried other providers but the time they could provide service was after 25 days. Gill helped us to move household items as well which was really impressive. This was first time we used them. Reasonable price. And he was not stressing for us to come back in 45 min to pay, rather he carefully locked all the doors and did let me knew that he is leaving now. I would definitely recommend this service

Gill was very thorough and helpful. Even before coming to our house in Narre Warren, he spent time on the phone to talk me through everything and explain all the possibilities clearly. Upon arrival, he took every precaution to make sure he'd covered everything. He found the culprit under the house - a bird!
