It was great dealing direct with the Tradesman!
I initially emailed some rough measurement to gauge a price (and to get approval from strata). The quote was emailed next day. I then obtained a check measure by them. It turned out my measurements were on the large size so the price actually came down. There was no pressure to sign up as I was dealing with the in-house installer, not a salesperson on commission. I got back to them a week later and locked in my purchase.
Now I’m lying back in my sofa on a beautiful 33 degree Perth day with no aircon turned on inside. As I live near the railway

I engaged West Coast Double Glazing after considerable research when building a new home with a large builder. Stef provided a competitive price and after meeting him I was sure I would get the personal service I was after. The administration was challenging due to the builder, yet Stef went above and beyond in his efforts and responses. The installation was on time, professional and the windows are excellent. I recently made final payment and Stef attended a final inspection where he diligently attended to my final requests. Thoroughly recommended.

Initially sceptical of this 'tradie' service delivery, so I went to meet him. Found Stef amiable, gave him my requirement and was given quote within minutes. I went home and rang him the following day to confirm my interest. Stef came punctually the next day to measure and confirmed quote and installation date.
On day of installation, once again he was on time and the team worked tirelessly and professionally. Stef was good enough to fabricate wooden structure to frame up the new window that had replaced an old wall air conditioner. This was done with no Labour cost.

I cannot recommend West Coast Double Glazing enough. After previously having botched doors installed from another supplier. Stef went above and beyond to rectify another companies mistake, which no one else wanted to deal with. Stef is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. The doors are of great quality and the process was seamless from start to finish.
