Thanks to the new control systems automating garage doors is easier and easier: installing the gear motor, which is already equipped with a control unit and the chain or belt transmission drivers, extremely silent, is sufficient in order to obtain a 'made-to-measure' solution for every kind of door.

LA Bayside attended my property to fix my sliding gate. The install was done by another company who had done a terrible job and the gate stopped working. I made contact with Mark on the advice from the gate motor manufacturer. Mark sent out an amazing technician who reprogrammed and made some repairs to the gate and it is working like a dream. Extremely happy with their service and will use them in future for any maintenance. Highly recommend them.

Initially I was happy with LA Bayside providing a eloquent solution to automating my existing gate. However, three months after it was installed it failed because the site for mounting the motor was inappropriate. I think this was entirely foreseeable. The after sales support from LA Bayside was extremely poor. I would not use them again.

Garage door broke on Boxing Day, 26 Dec 2018 - I called one company that said coz its Boxing Day, he'll charge me $450 for a callout fee.
Then I called these guys and Isaac answered the phone, and was amazing. Said he'd never rip me off like that, and offered to at least get the door open so we could access our cars. We got it open without needing him to come down, and he sent Simon to fix it a few days later and all sorted.
An amazing customer service experience and will be referring to friends from now on. Have a great 2019!!!

Don't even deserve one star to begin with. Such a bad service. Came to fix the remote without bringing his own tools and expect us to knock on each neighbor's door. Ridiculous way of working and not responsible with what he said. Promise to come in on Sunday to finish up his work but pull out and did not even call back to notice us. Because of him, we could not even use our car in the garage for the things which we had planned a week ago. Totally wasted our weekend for this. Idiot person on earth and I think it's best for him to just close down this business and apply for retirement rather than
