We have called Tom twice for general work (kitchen downlights + transformer replacement and another transformer replaced in the bathroom) at our home and on both occasions he has provided awesome service. He is polite, calls ahead of arriving and not pushy or arrogant like some electricians. Highly recommended Tom’s services, so happy to have found a trust worthy electrician and we will call him anytime we have an issue or need electrical work done.

Sorry to say we can't recommend Thomas's services. He quoted for a job that he pulled out from half way through, finalising his work with an outdoor powerpoint when the initial quote was to install an electric gate system. The invoice we received was inconsistent with the original quote, leaving us to foot a bill of $600 for a single powerpoint. We attempted to achieve a resolution around this with Thomas, but just received justification as to why this pricing is fair. Bad reviews aren't nice to write, but this was a real sting.
