Great advice from initial concept through to best type of finish for our high-sunlight exposure floor. While the job took longer than expected because of many difficult angles in our apartment, Andrew said "A quote is a quote!" and he delivered the job as quoted. That was five years ago.
I write now, because today we visited the new Timberoo gallery to obtain floor maintenance products. Andrew and Karen both remembered the detail of the job from all those years ago. Karen's product advice was specific to our situation. Amazing!

We contacted Andrew when we needed to have our bedroom floor and staircase sanded and re-coated. The original floor coating had yellowed significantly, we had water damage and boot marks left in the finish from when the floors were originally finished. Andrew suggested a Hard Wax finish which has turned out perfectly. The stairs have been rejuvenated and look fantastic and are a credit to the fastidious work done on them. Andrew and his team were easy to work with, left no mess and kept you informed all through the process.

Several years ago I noticed a Timberoo van at my local shopping centre. Something about it gave me a good intuitive vibe. Having just installed a new Timberoo floor, that intuitive feel has been more than well justified. We needed some wood floor cleaner for our polished wood floor. Timberoo Flooring based in the Sunshine Coast hinterland is a supplier of Bona Wood Floor Cleaner which seems to have an excellent reputation. My husband phoned and then drove out to the premises in Kentish Rd Kiels Mountain where he has told me a delightfully helpful young woman attended to what we wanted. Apart from the service there is an interesting display of different polished hardwoods for polished timber floors at the premises.

Our builder recommended Timberoo to build a staircase for our new home. We found the owners, whom we dealt with from start to finish, to be professional at all times and they provided us with an excellent quality product.They were always very friendly, most helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble for them to provide us with exactly what we wanted.
If we ever required another timber staircase or timber flooring, we would not hesitate to approach Timberoo for their excellent service again.

I had my floors sanded and sealed just before last Christmas!!! There wouldn’t be a day that goes by that I look at my floors and love them.
Such a great job under VERY difficult circumstances...
After the BLACK JAPANNED surface was removed.... a tough job in any case.... Andy lightly stained the floor..... too light for me..... so stained it a darker shade..... perfect!!!!
I had to go out.... left Andy to pack up ready to return the next day and seal the floor.
When I returned home....HORROR..... my large goofball Great Dane pup had somehow got inside and had run all over the floor. RUINED

From start to finish, we cannot praise them enough, the Samples looked great, the 2 guy's that installed the flooring were first class, and very professional.
The quality of work was first class, the pricing was great and the finished job was excellent.
