Had a unique size door jamb that the helpful guy in the yard offered to mill to the correct size for me. Nothing was too much trouble for him. A real credit to the business. He was Super friendly and helpful.

Beyond helpful. Was after some Jarrah flooring to patch a gap after we installed fancy new stacker doors. Rang and enquired about the small lengths I needed and, due to splitting a pack and delivery fees, the price was going to be expensive. Instead of just giving me a price and ending the call the gentleman on the other end enquired further about the project and if I actually needed tongue and groove flooring or if a piece of dressed jarrah would do. Turns out that I don't need the tongue and groove so his suggestion was perfect, and saved me around $200. He even went down to the mill and made

Friendly and very helpful staff with good prices. I've done several significant renovations including floorboards, pergola and extensive outdoor decking. They helped me get the right timber by running my plans through their software over the phone with recommended dimensions and gave pricing on the spot, delivered within a few days. Will always go back for anything timber related.

Had the goods, recommended by a competitor's staff when they didn't. Quick, helpful in cutting to length, careful in checking dimensions and fitness for use, provided warning of potential failure mode, polite when giving directions and at time to bill. I did note that the staff member using the circular saw didn't wear eye safety protection, which caused me some concern.
