I was trained on the 1st ever induction course for the Sentricon baiting & monitoring system. I installed my 1st site 2 months later. Nigel took over our termite problem when they were not dealt with correctly by a different company. Nigel is incredibly professional, thorough, going the extra mile to ensure he checked every square inch of our house including some very low and hard to reach areas.

We had Mike around our new property, and were thoroughly impressed.

Eradicator Pest Service was extremely thorough inspecting my house at Avalon just after Christmas. I had a small wasp nest near front door and also as I had not had termite inspection for some time was grateful to have Nigel come promptly fix wasp problem, and check - my property so thoroughly, he even crawled under small space under house.
I am relieved not to have termites and a inspection report will contact Nigel in a year.

When we first found we had termites, we put a call into Nigel, he turned up same day to take a look. He provided sound advice and killed off the colony. Along the way, he provided free advice when re-building the house, on ways to better manage the property and avoid further issues. To this day, he still provides us with free ongoing advice, and nothing is a hassle.

Nigel from Eradicator Pest Services has been coming to me for a long time for general pests and Termite inspection. He has always stressed that properties should be inspected every 12 months and this proved to be right. Just after he had done an inspection without thinking I stored some wood under my house and by the time Nigel came to me the following year the Termites had already eaten into the wood and luckily for me Nigel found it before it had done any damage to my property. I would highly recommend Nigel he is always on time and will let you know when an inspection is due.
