Would give zero if it was an option. Removed three trees from our property. In the process of removing the trees they disturbed a family of ring tail possums and accidentally injured the juvenile possum. They didn't do anything to try and help it or let us know; we found the possum in a garden bed several hours later. It wouldn't have been possible for them to not have seen it as the possum was in a garden bed that had been thoroughly raked by them (and in the process had pulled up some of our plants)
We took the possum to the animal hospital, my young son was quite upset by it all. Seems this

Highly recommend Tree Amigos. This was the second time I have used Tree Amigos – and for good reason. From start to finish, the thought processes that each of the team put in was extraordinary. With safety, compassionate understanding of trying to save 2 new trees and manoeuvre tree branches around them was a feat in itself. The safety required with ropes, winches and harnesses, branches, and trunks, to land a trunk in a specific location was extraordinary. All this was done amid Victoria’s largest earthquake (they didn’t know at the time). It was a good team mix with compassion, understanding

A neighbour recommended Tree Amigos, so I booked them to trim my Liquid Amber. Sam and Shannon did the job and they were both lovely guys. They arrived in the time frame promised and they took the time to listen to how I wanted my tree pruned. They were also able to add some valuable advice. Extremely happy with the job. I can’t speak highly enough of them. Will definitely use them again.

Alex was awesome and his entire team were great and knowledgable and their advice were invaluable when our gumtree fell on the storm of the 27th Aug...the neighbours stated I caused the tree to fall into their backyard and told in so, along with the demand to pay their access !
