Building a concrete swimming pool gives you the freedom of customising your own design in a size to fit your available area. Shape and depth of the pool are personalised to your specific entertaining, relaxation and fitness needs. Factory Pools will evaluate your land space, discuss budget and design concepts and step you through the construction process.

The Lap Pool Range has been designed to provide superb opportunities for exercising, training and at the end of your session, just relaxing.
All pavers included in the contract price are made of natural material, therefore each individual paver may have slight variation. If you have further queries in relation to the below pavers, please don't hesitate to contact our office. There are non-standard pavers available in our showroom for additional costs.
The following information will assist you throughout the pool construction process. Hopefully this guide will give you an insight into the building process and answer any of the commonly asked questions that you may have. Building a swimming pool is a major task and requires access to your property by various contractors along with some heavy machinery.
Plans for your pool are done and sent to our Engineer and Private Certifier for all the neccessary approvals needed for your project which takes between 5 - 10 working days. 7.00am Arrival on job site. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT AT THIS TIME. You will be required to complete a pool builder sheet.

As part of this project we shopped around for Pool builders, as we where on a budget we looked at price first, Factory pools came in thousands under the rest and we thought they must not be that good then so then we looked at customer reviews, Factory pools had lots of good reviews so we took the plunge. They where great from start to finish, they explained each stage so we really understood how the process would go and they put as at ease by happily answering all our questions. We built our new home with the pool as part of the contract with the builder. We had a good idea of what we want, but the experienced team at Factory Pools helped us to fine tune our needs. The worst part of the whole process was having to wait until the very end of the built, to see if we had chosen wisely. The end product met all of expectation, and more. Our thanks to the whole Factory Pools team, we will be enjoying our pool for years to come.

The whole process was carried out in a timely and professional manner. The end result is great and we are absolutely loving the pool. Communication throughout the process was excellent. All trades coming on site were efficient and friendly.
After sales service is also very good. We had an issue which we reported in the morning and it was resolved the same day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Factory Pools.

We called Factory Pools for a team member to come out and do up a quote for us at our house. A time and date was set. On the day, the sales rep didn't show up at the time we agreed on. They did not call us to let us know otherwise. Two hours went by before they showed up. As we had made a doctor's appointment for our sick 10 month old, we could only talk to the sales rep for 5 mins before heading off. When we told him this, he became very short with us and seemed cranky - despite him being the one 2 hours late without giving us any notice! He said he would do up a quote and email it through to

I have bought and installed new pools in the last 3 houses I owned. Until I came across Factory Pools, I had no idea what customer service really was. What we thought we were going to buy, and what we ended up with was totally different. We followed the advise of the sales team, and they designed a pool at our price that we would never had thought of. I will never go back to a fibre glass pool again, concrete pools are the way to go.
