Would not recommend working here - huge focus on corporate drivel and little on-the-job support given to new staff, particularly within Breakdowns/Maintenance. Horribly unorganised despite many many digital systems and several supervisors/managers.
Great culture if you enjoy hands-off management and constant phone calls regarding outcomes and paper-chasing.
Probably great to work for in a management role, as there's more focus on attracting new customers over servicing existing ones.
