What a great job done today. I found all personnel to be highly trained. The property was left in immaculate condition and all tree's were removed safely, with no damage done to my garden underneath. All staff were polite and cheerful. I will be using this great team again.

Currently Irwins equipment & what appears to be Irwins contractors are demolitioning a house & clearing a property in Richmond. This is to do with the experience with the contractors yesterday who were illegally parked in our private residence bay and when asked to move advised me to "Go @#$ myself" , both the contractor & the vehicles rego were reported to the City of Yarra and I can only hope the fine I requested was issued.
I am appalled at the language thrown at me by the older man who thought belittling a female resident in front of a younger man was acceptable behaviour. I would suggest

If this is the same company that operates in Melbourne also, I would describe them as unethical, low regards for safety and little to no knowledge of the types of trees they cut or prune.
Starting work very loudly at an exceptionally early time.
No understanding of tree health.
Poor people skills as well as abnoxious staff.
